About

Hey there! I’m Molly and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a mother, educator, organizing enthusiast, and tpt creator living in Denver, Colorado.

This is my ninth year in education and I’ve taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and currently teach 5th grade math and science! Making the transition to 5th grade was a big jump but I strongly feel that it is where I’m meant to be. I absolute love the age and teaching math has become a true passion of mine.

I hope that this blog can be a source of inspiration for you as I share some of my favorite things and passions with you. Some of these things include:

>classroom organization and decor

>encouraging student reflection in the classroom

>giving meaningful students feedback and encouraging peer feedback

>math identity

>academic discourse and the systems I have in place to foster and encourage this in my classroom

>how I intentionally plan for questioning and how it truly drives my instruction

>exposing my students to different types of STEM careers and people in STEM

There’s many more but those are just a few!

I’m glad you’re here!
